Refurbishment of common areas of the building, from ground floor to ninth floor, making the work compatible with the daily activity of a building in use.

The project has included the updating of finishes and materials and the fire detection and alarm system, the renovation of the lighting, adaptation of the PCI facilities and implementation of an overpressure system for the protected evacuation staircase.
