To achieve these objectives, Management considers it essential to have a complete organizational structure in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 (current version). The strategic management orientation is outlined in a policy based on risks and opportunities, thus managing all the valuable options.
The Management has appointed a Quality and Environment Manager as the operational representative of the Quality and Environment policy, granting him the responsibility and authority to identify and disclose the problems inherent to quality and the environment, undertaking the necessary actions for their solution, verifying their results.
